English Garden – Fusion’s Cocktail of the Month

This month we have chosen the English Garden cocktail! With this awful weather getting worse all of us at Fusion are counting down the days for Summer! So we are preparing ourselves and getting into the spirit of summer early, by enjoying this perfect summery cocktail now to help us forget about the horrible weather outside and at least imagine the sun is beaming down on us for a little while!

February: English Garden

Here’s the recipe:

1. 50ml Gin
2. 25ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3. Top with lots of cloudy Cornish apple juice over ice
4. Splash of fresh lime juice
5. Garnish with cucumber
